Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 2026

At OSP Photo Tool (https://ospphototool.blogspot.com), the privacy and data integrity of our global users are our highest priorities. Our platform is built on a strict "Privacy-by-Design" principle, led and operated by Diwakar Kumar.

1. End-to-End Local Processing Architecture

To ensure absolute data security, OSP Photo Tool utilizes a specialized No-Cloud execution model. Our technical framework is defined by the following core pillars:

  • Device-Only Computing: All technical calculations and image processing logic are executed entirely within the user's own device hardware. No media files, photos, or personal documents are ever transmitted "Inbound" to our servers.
  • Session-Based Volatile Rendering: We employ a secure, session-based rendering technique that utilizes the device's temporary memory (RAM) for image manipulation. No data fragments are ever transferred to persistent disk storage or remote cloud infrastructures.

2. Data Sovereignty and Zero Retention

  • Zero Data Retention: As soon as a user terminates their active session or closes the browser window, all temporary "Buffers" used during the rendering process are immediately and permanently purged from the system's memory.
  • Autonomous Execution: Our system functions independently of external database hooks or third-party media storage APIs, ensuring a 100% leak-proof environment for professional and government document processing.

3. Authorized Advertising & Mediation Ecosystem

To sustain this humanitarian mission as a free utility for students and professionals, we collaborate with a secure and authorized advertising mediation ecosystem. We are currently integrated with:

  • Google AdMob / AdSense
  • Amazon Publisher Services (APS)
  • And other authorized advertising networks, etc.

These networks may use standard cookies and web beacons to ensure advertising relevance. OSP Photo Tool does not have technical access to or control over these third-party cookies.

4. Compliance and Child Privacy

In accordance with international digital safety standards (COPPA), OSP Photo Tool does not knowingly collect or store any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.

5. Consent

By utilizing our platform (https://ospphototool.blogspot.com), you hereby provide your informed consent to our advanced security protocols, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions.
